The title sounds strange and not easily understood, but I will try my best to make it clear with an example.
First of all, in Islam, when a woman breastfeeds a baby who is not her own biological child, the breastfed baby will automatically be the brother or sister of her biological children, and the woman will be his or her mother. The breastfed child can’t marry the biological daughters of the woman, because they will be his sisters. Which means this baby, when he becomes an adult, can see her (the woman) and her daughters without a scarf, just the same as if he was with his biological mother and sisters.
Now talking about “Adult Breast Feeding”, I need to lead with an example.
Let’s Say That Mr. A is married to Mrs. M. They are both Muslims. Mr. A has a lot of friends who visit him at their home (males). Mr. A wants them to come in his house without any problem related to his wife/wives, as they wear the scarf and are not allowed to sit with men.
Prophet Muhammad found the magical solution.
The wife can give breastfeeding to this adult male friend! And so, he (the friend) can come to his friend’s (the husband) house without any problem or disturbing. Since the wife breastfeeds the friend, she is forbidden from any possible marriage to him forever. And that’s how this great and smart idea came to Prophet Muhammad’s mind.
The head of the Hadith Department in Al-Azhar University, Dr. Izzat Atiyya, issued a controversial fatwa dealing with breastfeeding of adults. The fatwa stated that a woman who is required to work in private with a man not of her immediate family – a situation that is forbidden by Islamic law – can resolve the problem by breastfeeding the man, which, according to shari’a, turns him into a member of her immediate family.
Trying to be more academic in this subject, I’ve listed below three Hadith (quotes) of Muhammad, and how he authorized this ridiculous law and solution. The three Hadiths are taken from the website: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da‘wah and Guidance in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The interesting thing is that you will find them in Arabic only, because as usual, they don’t want the western people to read it! They are giving you the right package! You who are told about Islam while you can’t read Arabic, Wake UP!!
A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported the following :
The Verses of Adult breastfeeding and stoning where under my bed, and when Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, we got busy with his funeral, and the fowl came and ate it.

A’ishah, the Mother of the Believers, took the above hadith as a precedent for whatever men she wanted to be able to come to see her. The rest of the wives of the Prophet refused to let anyone come in to them by such nursing.
Hadith Nr: 1113

A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that Sahla bint Suhail came to Allah’s Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, “Messenger of Allah, I see on the face of Abu Hudhayfah [her husband] (signs of disgust) on the entrance of Salim (who is a servant) into (our house).” Whereupon Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Breast-feed him.” She said, “How can I breast-feed him, as he is an adult man?” Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled and said, “I already know that he is a young man.”
